综合护理干预在急性闭角型青光眼患者治疗中的作用

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Acute Angle-closure Glaucoma

目的探讨综合护理干预在急性闭角型青光眼(AACG)患者治疗中的作用。方法按抽签法将2014年3月至2019年2月期间我院眼科收治的96例AACG患者随机分为护理组(n=48)与常规组(n=48)。常规组进行常规护理干预,护理组进行综合护理干预,比较术后1d、3d、7d时的24h眼压差与干预前后焦虑、抑郁的变化情况。结果术后1d、3d、7d时,常规组患者24h眼压差持续下降(P<0.05),而护理组患者24h眼压差无明显变化(P>0.05),且护理组患者24h眼压差均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,护理组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前和常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对AACG手术患者实施综合护理可有效促进其早期恢复,改善其情绪状态。

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma (AACG).Methods Totally 96 AACG patients of the department of ophthalmology of our hospital from March 2014 to February 2019 were randomly divided into nursing group (n=48) and routine group (n=48).The routine group used routine nursing intervention,while the nursing group used comprehensive nursing intervention,and we compared the 24 h intraocular pressure differences at 1,3,and 7 d after surgery as well as the changes in anxiety and depression before and after intervention.Results At 1,3,and 7 d after surgery,the 24 h intraocular pressure differences were persistently decreased in the routine group (P<0.05) but showed no significant change in the nursing group (P>0.05),and all were significantly lower in the nursing group than those in the routine group (P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing group had significantly lower SAS and SDS scores than those before intervention and those in the routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention effectively promotes the early recovery and improves the emotional states in AACG operative patients.
