针刺伤防护对策在临床中的应用与效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of Protective Measures Against Needle-stick Injury in Clinical Practice

目的探讨造成临床护理人员针刺伤的具体原因,并研究针对性干预措施进行预防。方法选择我院2017年01月至2017年12月120名临床护理人员作为实验参照组;选择我院2018年01月至2018年12月120名临床护理人员作为实验研究组;参照组:就针刺伤现象选择常规措施进行干预;研究组:就针刺伤现象选择针对性措施进行干预;最终就组间针刺伤发生率展开对比。结果研究组临床护理人员针刺伤发生率(0.83%)低于参照组(6.67%)明显(P<0.05)。结论就临床护理人员表现出针刺伤的具体原因进行分析,具有针对性研究具体的干预措施,最终对于针刺伤发生率的降低可获得显著效果,对于护理人员的安全性可以做出充分保证,使得护理人员健康指数获得显著提升。

Objective To explore the specific causes of needle-stick injuries among clinical nurses and to study targeted interventions for prevention.Methods 120 clinical nurses in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the experimental reference group;120 clinical nurses in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the experimental research group;the reference group:routine measures were selected for intervention on needle-stick injury;the research group:targeted measures were selected for intervention on needle-stick injury;and finally,the incidence of needle-stick injury between groups was exhibited contrast.Results The incidence of needle-stick injury in clinical nurses in the study group (0.83%) was significantly lower than that in the reference group (6.67%) (P<0.05).Conclusion The specific causes of needle-stick injuries of clinical nurses were analyzed,and specific interventions were studied.Finally,significant effects could be obtained for the reduction of the incidence of needle-stick injuries,the safety of nurses could be fully guaranteed,and the health index of nurses could be significantly improved.
