围术期护理方法在脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术患者中的效果分析

Analyze the Effect of Perioperative Nursing Methods in Patients with Hydrocephalus and Ventricular-peritoneal Shunt

目的观察分析围术期护理方法在脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术患者中的效果。方法将2017年1月至2019年12月收治的行脑室腹腔分流术的脑积水患者63例,按随机数字法分为参照组31例和研究组32例,参照组给予常规护理方法,研究组在此基础上给予围术期护理方法。比较两组护理前及护理后7d神经功能改善情况、家属对护理的满意度和并发症发生情况。结果两组护理前NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理后研究组NIHSS评分显著低于参照组,患者及家属对护理的满意度显著高于参照组,患者并发症显著低于参照组,差异均明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑积水患者行脑室-腹腔分流术治疗时,给予围术期护理方法效果显著,有利于帮助患者神经功能恢复,减少并发症发生情况,提升患者及家属对护理的满意度。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of perioperative nursing methods in patients with hydrocephalus and ventricular-peritoneal shunt.Methods Sixty-three patients with hydrocephalus who underwent ventricular peritoneal shunt from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into 31 cases in the reference group and 32 cases in the study group according to the random number method.The reference group was given conventional nursing methods.The research team gave perioperative nursing methods on this basis.The neurological function improvement,nursing satisfaction of family members and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after 7 days of nursing.Results There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the satisfaction of family members with nursing was significantly higher than that of the reference group.In the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion When patients with hydrocephalus are treated with ventricular-peritoneal shunt,the perioperative nursing method has a significant effect,which is helpful to help the patient’s neurological function recovery,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of the patients’ family members with nursing.
