心脏超声造影联合血清Hcy、PCSK9诊断冠心病的效果及与冠脉病变程度的关系 被引量:13

The Diagnostic Efficacy of Echocardiography Combined with Serum Hcy and PCSK9 on Coronary Heart Disease and the Relationship with the Severity of the Disease

摘要 本研究选取124例冠心病患者作为研究组,同期124例疑似但行冠脉造影排除冠心病的患者作为对照组。通过心脏超声造影检查发现,研究组造影剂充填速度(β)、最大微泡数量(A)低于对照组,血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);β、A、血清Hcy和PCSK9为冠心病发病的重要影响因素;β、A、血清Hcy和PCSK9联合诊断冠心病效果较好;冠心病患者冠脉病变支数、狭窄程度与β值、A值呈负相关,与血清Hcy、PCSK9水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。因此,β、A联合血清Hcy和PCSK9在冠心病诊断方面具有较高应用价值,且各指标均为冠心病发生的重要影响因素,与患者冠脉病变支数、狭窄程度存在显著相关性。 In this study,124 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the study group,and 124 patients who were suspected and excluded coronary heart disease by coronary angiography were selected as the control group.Color Doppler echocardiography were carried out on both groups.It was found that the contrast filling rate(β)and the maximum number of microbubbles(A)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while serum homocysteine(Hcy)and proprotein convertase subtilisin 9(PCSK9)levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).It was also found thatβ,A,serum Hcy,PCSK9 were important influencing factors of coronary heart disease.The combination ofβ,A,serum Hcy and PCSK9 showed good efficacy in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.The number of coronary artery lesions and the degree of stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease were negatively correlated withβand A values,and positively correlated with serum Hcy and PCSK9 levels(P<0.05).Therefore,the authors believe thatβ,A combined serum Hcy and PCSK9 have high application value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.These indexes are important influencing factors for the occurrence of coronary heart disease,and have good linear relationship with the number of coronary artery lesions and the degree of stenosis.
