The 94 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected as subjects. All patients underwent T1WI,T2WI and SWI weighted magnetic resonance imaging. The results showed the early diagnosis rates of SWI sequences were significantly higher than those of T1WI and T2WI sequences.125 cases of hemorrhage were finally detected. The positive rates of hemorrhagic foci in SWI sequences were significantly higher than T1WI and T2WI sequences.T1WI and T2WI sequences showed high signal shadows and clear boundaries,SWI sequence showed a clearer boundary and range of bleeding foci than T1WI and T2WI sequences. The value of SWI in the early diagnosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is satisfying, which can accurately detect the hemorrhage foci, and has high image quality.
