文旅融合视野下民族手工艺的转型与变迁——以临夏回族自治州为例

The Transformation and Evolution of Ethnic Handicraftsfrom the Perspective of Culture-tourism Integration——A Case Study of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture

在当下文旅融合深度发展的政策与实践中,“文化”与“旅游”既是一对“道器相生”的概念,也是“动静相成”的实践,二者的结合表现为从“被动适应”到“主动建构”的社会化策略与多层次的互动实践。振兴民族地区的手工艺是一项策略性的社会整合行动,其中纵向的政策设计,横向的帮扶行动建立了其价值转化的基础和行动框架,对于“人”的赋能是工作的重心,而来自于社会各领域多元、积极的侧向支撑力是实现其主动建构和精准实践的重要动力。

In the current policy and practice of deep development of culture-tourism integration,“culture”and“tourism”are a pair of concepts of“mutual generation of Tao and Qi(ware)”,and a practice of“dynamic-static complementation”.The combination of them two has shown the socialized strategies from“passive adaptation”to“active construction”and the practice of multi-tier interaction.The revitalization of handicrafts in ethnic areas is an action of the social integration of strategies,in which the vertical policy design and horizontal support actions have established the foundation and action framework of its value transformation.The empowerment of“the people”is the focus of the work,and the diversified and positive side support from the fields of society is an important drive to achieve its active construction and targeted practice.
