摘要
"垦荒精神"作为由习近平总书记在浙江工作期间提出的重要理论成果,对当今浙江省治理能力现代化建设具有极强的指导意义。浙江省应当以"垦荒精神"中最具代表性的"艰苦创业、奋发图强、无私奉献、开拓创新"为切入点,从治理能力现代化过程中最为关键的根基建设、道路探索、矛盾化解、理念践行等方面着手,将"垦荒精神"融入浙江特色治理能力现代化的路径选择之中,并指导实际工作。同时,应明确"垦荒精神"在浙江省治理能力现代化过程中作为"冲锋号""指南针"和"长明灯"的指导意义,并融会贯通。
As an important theoretical achievement put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his work in Zhejiang, the spirit of reclaiming wasteland has a great guiding significance for the modernization of governance capacity in Zhejiang province. Zhejiang should incorporate the Reclamation Spirit into the path selection of the modernization of governance capacity with Zhejiang characteristics and guide the practical work, taking the mentality of"pioneering, hardworking, selfless dedication and innovation"as the breakthrough points on foundation construction, road exploring, contradiction resolving and concept practicing. Meanwhile, the guiding significance of Reclamation Spirit being as the"charge call","compass"and"ever-burning lamp"in the governance capacity modernization of Zhejiang need to be identified clearly and assimilated.
