改革开放以来浙江省高等教育中外合作办学的发展及启示

On Development & its Enlightenment of CFCRS in Higher Education of Zhejiang Province since Reform and Opening-up

改革开放以来,浙江省高等教育中外合作办学是浙江省高等教育的重要组织模式,其历程以1995年为界,主要经历了改革开放后至1995年之前的缓慢启动阶段及1995年后的快速发展两个时期。时至今日,已有一定的规模和质量,合作办学模式多元化,特色性、示范性明显,为促进浙江现代化作出了积极贡献。反思其发展历程,对当今发展中外合作办学、进一步提升高等教育办学质量、促进人类文化交流、建构人类命运共同体等时代课题均有一定的价值。

Since the Reform and Opening-up, Chinese CFCRS has been an important organizational model of higher education in Zhejiang Province. The CFCRS mainly process two stages as modern start-up period(1978-1994) and rapid developmental stage afterwards 1995. Today, it has a certain scale and quality. Its cooperative education mode is diversified, characteristic and demonstrative, and it has made positive contribution to the modernization of Zhejiang. By rethink its development process, it is of some significance and value for our today’s CFCRS, the quality enhancing of higher education,the improvement of cultural exchanging and the construction of community with shared future for mankind.
