摘要 师范生教育实践是教师培养的重要环节。从时间长度、重视程度和资源配置等方面考察,教育实习是教育实践的主体。2020年突发的疫情,给师范生教育实习带来了诸多不确定因素。在此背景下,以融合、拓展、创新的理念,从融合教育研习模块、拓展教育实习形式、创新教育实习与就业一体化培训方式等三方面思考和探索师范生教育实习改革的路径。由此为未来不确定因素制约下的教育实习,提出一个有效的解决方案,以保证和提升师范生教育实习的质量。 The educational practice of normal students, of which internship is the main body from the viewpoints of time, attention and resource allocation, is an important link in the cultivation of teachers.The outbreak of the epidemic in 2020 has brought many uncertain factors to normal students’ educational practice. Under the background of the epidemic situation, the reform path of normal students’ education practice is thought and explored from three aspects: integration of education and research module,extension of educational practice form, innovation of education practice and employment training mode.Therefore, it puts forward an effective solution for the future educational practice under the constraints of uncertain factors, so as to ensure and improve the quality of normal students’ educational practice.
