大规模线上教学背景下高校教学质量监控模式及监控指标构建研究 被引量:2

摘要 "停课不停教、停课不停学"催生了我国高校前所未有的大规模线上教学。然而我国现有的线上教学存在技术储备不足、线上教学资源紧缺、师生适应能力有待提高等一系列问题,严重制约着高强度、大规模线上教学的高质量发展。高质量的线上教学,离不开科学合理的教学质量监控模式,基于大数据的技术特征,结合信息技术和传统的数据分析工具,以苏州科技大学电子与信息工程学院为例,创新性的引入家长评价监控机制,构建了基于"学生评教-教师自评-教师互评-家长评教-督导评教"五维一体的教学质量监控模式,通过全方位信息反馈和教学管理优化,教学秩序运行良好,教学质量稳步提升。 In order to respond to the suspension of"suspended class,ongoing learning",colleges and universities in China are experiencing unprecedented large-scale online teaching.However,China’s online teaching still has a series of problems,such as insufficient technical reserves,shortage of online teaching resources,and low adaptability of teachers and students.These problems restrict the high-quality and largescale development of online teaching in China,seriously.Scientific and reasonable teaching quality monitoring is an effective means to promote high-quality online teaching.Combining information technology and traditional data analysis tools,the five-dimensional integrated teaching quality monitoring model of"student evaluation of teaching-teacher self-evaluation-teacher mutual evaluation-parental evaluation-supervision and evaluation of teaching"is constructed by introducing a parental evaluation monitoring mechanism.Through all-round monitoring of online teaching,the teaching order of the School of Electronics of Suzhou University of Science and Technology is operating well,and the quality of teaching is improved steadily.
