扶正化瘀胶囊联合恩替卡韦、甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响

Fuzheng Huayu Capsules Combined with Entecavir and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Cirrhosis and Its Effect on Serum Inflammatory Factors

目的探讨扶正化瘀胶囊联合恩替卡韦、甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法纳入病例为2016年9月—2019年9月期间该院接收治疗的慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,共80例,对患者采用抽签方法分组,对照组40例,采用恩替卡韦联合甘草酸二铵方案治疗,观察组40例,采用扶正化瘀胶囊联合恩替卡韦、甘草酸二铵方案治疗,对比两组患者治疗的临床效果以及血清炎症因子变化情况。结果观察组转阴率为90.0%(36/40),对照组转阴率为70.0%(28/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.000,P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的肝功能水平均发生明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清肝纤维化指标得到更为明显的改善,优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的血清IL-2和CRP均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(t=8.245、4.522,P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者采用扶正化瘀胶囊联合恩替卡韦、甘草酸二铵治疗可以显著提升临床治疗效果,改善血清炎症因子。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Huayu Capsule combined with Entecavir and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods The included cases were patients with chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis who were treated in the hospital from September 2016 to September 2019,a total of 80 patients were divided into two groups by lottery,and 40 cases in the control group were treated with entecavir combined with glycyrrhizinate ammonium regimen treatment,40 cases in the observation group were treated with Fuzheng Huayu Capsule combined with entecavir and diammonium glycyrrhizinate regimen.The clinical effects of treatment and changes in serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The negative conversion rate in the observation group was 90.0%(36/40),and the negative conversion rate in the control group was 70.0%(28/40).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=5.000,P<0.05);the two groups after treatment The liver function level of the patients was significantly improved,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum liver fibrosis indexes of the observation group were more significantly improved,better than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the serum IL-2 and CRP of the two groups of patients were significantly improved, and the observation group was better than the control group (t=8.245,4.522, P<0.05). Conclusion Fuzheng Huayu Capsule combined with entecavir and diammonium glycyrrhizinate treatment for patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect and improve serum inflammatory factors.
