肺功能检查在慢阻肺诊疗中的应用及价值分析

Application and Value Analysis of Lung Function Test in Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探究在慢阻肺诊疗中采取肺功能检查的应用及价值分析。方法该研究从2018年12月—2019年12月期间选取49例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为实验组,以49名健康人群为对照组。对两组研究对象的肺功能进行检查,分析肺功能检查结果。结果观察组FEV1%、DLco以及FVC下降十分明显[(60.3±4.9)、(51.6±8.4)%、(75.4±7.9)],较之对照组差异有统计学意义(t=29.481、8.898、12.734,P<0.05)。针对观察组进行支气管扩张实验发现,观察组阴性患者的FEV1%、DLco下降显著,较之观察组阳性患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病是常见的呼吸系统疾病,临床发病率较高,症状较轻的患者无明显症状,易错过最佳治疗时机,因此要注重肺功能检查在慢阻肺诊疗中的应用。

Objective To explore the application and value analysis of lung function tests in the diagnosis and treatment of COPD.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,49 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected as the experimental group and 49 healthy people as the control group.The pulmonary function of the two groups of subjects was checked and the results of the pulmonary function test were analyzed.Results The observation group FEV1%,DLco and FVC decreased significantly[(60.3±4.9),(51.6±8.4)%,(75.4±7.9)],the difference was statistically significant compared to the control group(t=29.481,8.898,12.734,P<0.05).A bronchiectasis experiment for the observation group found that the FEV1%and DLco of the observation group negative patients decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant compared to the observation group positive patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common respiratory system disease with a high clinical incidence.Patients with mild symptoms have no obvious symptoms and are likely to miss the best treatment opportunity.Therefore,attention should be paid to the application of lung function tests in the diagnosis and treatment of COPD.
