血清肿瘤标志物联合检验诊断结直肠癌的临床有效性分析

Analysis of Clinical Validity of Combined Test of Serum Tumor Markers in the Diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer

目的探究血清肿瘤标志物联合检验诊断结直肠癌的临床有效性。方法选取该院2017年11月—2019年11月收治的60例结直肠癌(A组)、60例良性病变(B组)患者及同期于该院行体检的60名健康者(C组)作为研究对象。予以3组研究对象血清肿瘤标志物联合检验,对比3组研究对象的检测结果。结果血清4项肿瘤标志物联合检测阳性率88.33%明显优于单独采用CEA、CA72-4、CA199、CA125检测阳性率(53.33%、30.00%、51.67%、53.33%),比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.788、42.254、19.206、17.788,P<0.05);T4期血清CEA(56.90±10.76)μg/L、CA199(43.87±10.46)U/mL、CA125(43.83±10.52)U/mL高于T3期CEA(44.98±8.95)μg/L、CA199(35.16±8.48)U/mL、CA125(29.85±7.39)U/mL(t=2.830、2.163、3.772);T4期、T3期高于T1~T2期CEA(27.44±5.73)μg/L、CA199(26.06±8.53)U/mL、CA125(19.53±5.94)U/mL(T4期对比T1~2期t=10.575、4.862、8.598;T3期对比T1~2期t=8.675、3.685、5.508,P<0.05)。结论在结直肠癌诊断中采用血清肿瘤标志物联合检验具有较高价值,对临床早期诊断、分期结直肠癌具有重要参考价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of combined serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer(group A),60 patients with benign lesions(group B)and 60 healthy patients(group C)who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected from November 2017 to November 2019 as research target.The serum tumor markers of the three groups of subjects were tested jointly,and the test results of the three groups of subjects were compared.Results The positive rate of combined detection of four tumor markers in serum of 88.33%was significantly better than that of CEA,CA72-4,CA199,and CA125 alone(53.33%,30.00%,51.67%,53.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=17.788,42.254,19.206,17.788,P<0.05);T4 stage serum CEA(56.90±10.76)μg/L,CA199(43.87±10.46)U/mL,CA125(43.83±10.52)U/mL are higher than T3 stage CEA(44.98±8.95)μg/L,CA199(35.16±8.48)U/mL,CA125(29.85±7.39)U/mL(t=2.830,2.163,3.772);T4 and T3 are higher than T1-T2 CEA(27.44±5.73)μg/L,CA199(26.06±8.53)U/mL,CA125(19.53±5.94)U/mL(T4 phase vs.T1-2 phaset=10.575,4.862,8.598;T3 phase vs.T1-2 phaset=8.675,3.685,5.508,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined test of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer has high Value,and has important reference value for early clinical diagnosis and staging of colorectal cancer.
