药物流产与人工流产终止早孕临床效果比较

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Medical Abortion and Artificial Abortion in Terminating Early Pregnancy

目的对比人工流产与药物流产方式终止早孕的临床效果。方法选取该院2017年12月—2019年9月收治的88名初孕孕妇为研究对象,以孕妇意愿为依据,将其分为两组,人工流产组行人工流产负压吸引术,药物流产组采用米非司酮+米索前列醇行药物流产,对比两组流产效果、疼痛情况、阴道出血时间与出血量。结果人工流产组完全流产率为97.73%,高于药物流产组,流产失败率为0.00%,低于药物流产组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.416、4.191,P<0.05);药物流产组Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度疼痛率分别为22.73%、6.82%,均低于人工流产组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术流产成功率高,术后阴道出血时间短,出血量少,药物流产给患者带来的疼痛小,临床可以患者实际情况为依据,合理选择流产方式。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of artificial abortion and medical abortion in terminating early pregnancy.Methods A total of 88 first-pregnancy women admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.Based on the wishes of the pregnant woman,they were divided into two groups.The artificial abortion group received artificial abortion negative pressure suction and medical abortion group used mifepristone+misoprostol for medical abortion,and compared the abortion effect,pain,vaginal bleeding time and bleeding volume between the two groups.Results The complete abortion rate of the artificial abortion group was 97.73%,which was higher than that of the medical abortion group,and the abortion failure rate was 0.00%,which was lower than that of the medical abortion group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.416,4.191,P<0.05);the medical abortion group had second-degree and third-degree pain rates were 22.73%and 6.82%respectively,which were lower than those in the artificial abortion group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The successful abortion rate of artificial abortion is high,the postoperative vaginal bleeding time is short,the amount of bleeding is small,and the pain caused by medical abortion is small.The clinical situation can be based on the actual situation of the patient,and the abortion method can be reasonably selected.
