四君子汤在中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证中的应用

Application of Sijunzi Decoction in TCM Internal Diseases of Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency Syndrome

目的探讨在中医内科治疗脾胃气虚证时运用四君子汤的疗效。方法选取2018年1—12月该院中医内科接收并诊断为脾胃气虚证的128例患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同将其分为干预组与对照组,每组64例。对照组按照实际病情予以常规治疗,干预组在常规治疗基础上按照病情需要使用四君子汤加减予以相应治疗,两组患者均治疗2周,治疗结束后,比较治疗后两组患者的疗效及治疗结束3个月后疾病复发情况。结果在疗效方面,干预组治疗有效率92.2%优于对照组73.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.904,P=0.005<0.05)。治疗结束3个月后干预组有1例复发,占有效比1.6%;对照组有8例复发,占有效比12.5%。干预组优于对照组且差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.303,P<0.05)。结论在中医内科诊断为脾胃气虚证的患者在常规治疗基础上予以四君子汤治疗,疗效更好,且疾病复发情况较少,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndrome in TCM internal medicine.Methods A total of 128 patients diagnosed with spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome were selected from January to December 2018 in the hospital.They were divided into intervention group and control group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment according to the actual condition,and the intervention group was treated with Sijunzi Decoction plus or minus according to the condition on the basis of conventional treatment.Both groups were treated for two weeks.After the treatment,the efficacy and treatment of the two groups were compared.The disease recurred three months after the end.Results In terms of curative effect,the treatment effective rate of the intervention group was 92.2%better than that of the control group 73.4%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.904,P=0.005<0.05).Three months after the end of treatment,there was 1 relapse in the intervention group,accounting for 1.6%of the effective rate;8 cases in the control group relapsed,accounting for 12.5%of the effective rate.The intervention group was better than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.303,P<0.05).Conclusion The patients diagnosed with spleen-stomach-qi deficiency syndrome in TCM internal medicine are treated with Sijunzi Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The curative effect is better and the disease recurrence is less.It is worthy of clinical application.
