转移因子胶囊口服、外用维A酸软膏加中药煎洗治疗跖疣疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Oral Transfer Factor Capsules,Topical Tretinoin Ointment plus Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction in the Treatment of Plantar Warts

目的阐述跖疣患者采用口服转移因子、外用维A酸软膏、中药煎洗三者联合治疗的具体方法,并对临床疗效予以分析。方法2017年5月—2020年2月抽选于该院接受诊治罹患跖疣疾病的患者60例作为研究目标,随机将其分组,对照组采用口服转移因子、外用维A酸软膏联合治疗,观察组在其基础上联合中药煎洗,观察且评估两组临床治疗效果,比对各组患者治疗前后症候改善情况。结果观察组临床总疗效明显较对照组更确切(P<0.05)。两组患者入院时跖疣各项症候表现较为相似(P>0.05),经治疗后得以好转,观察组患者丘疹症候评分(2.17±0.36)分、角化症候评分(2.04±0.77)分、皮损症候评分(1.89±0.39)分、压痛症候评分(2.06±0.31)分均相较对照组较低(t=8.820、8.750、9.520、9.030,P<0.05)。结论跖疣患者通过口服转移因子、外用维A酸软膏联合中药煎洗治疗效果显著,能够改善症状表现,促进患者恢复。

Objective To describe the specific methods of combined treatment of plantar wart patients with oral transfer factor,topical tretinoin ointment,and Chinese herbal decoction,and analyze the clinical efficacy.Methods The study started in May 2017 and ended in February 2020.A total of 60 patients with plantar warts disease were selected in the hospital for diagnosis and treatment as the research target.They were randomly divided into two groups,and the control group used oral transfer factor,external use of tretinoin ointment combined treatment,the observation group combined with Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of it,observe and evaluate the clinical treatment effect of the two groups,and compare the symptoms of each group before and after treatment.Results The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly more accurate than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptoms of plantar warts in the two groups were similar when they were admitted to the hospital(P>0.05)and improved after treatment.The observation group had papules syndrome score(2.17±0.36)points,keratosis syndrome score(2.04±0.77)points,and skin lesion symptoms.The score(1.89±0.39)points and the tenderness score(2.06±0.31)points were lower than those in the control group(t=8.820,8.750,9.520,9.030,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of plantar warts patients with oral transfer factor,topical tretinoin ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction is effective,which can improve the symptoms and promote the recovery of patients.
