Objective To explore the clinical effect of rtPA intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods The 57 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in this hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group(28 cases)and an observation group(29 cases)based on the principle of autonomy. The control group was treated with oral aspirin, and the observation group was treated with rtPA intravenous thrombolysis. The clinical indicators and effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results There was no statistically significant difference in CSS score and Barthel index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the observation group's CSS(8.10±0.36)points and Barthel index(84.72±13.09)points were significantly better than the control group’s(16.74±1.21)points and(60.31±11.26)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=128.955,10.045,P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.55%)was also significantly higher than that in the control group(71.43%)(χ2=4.175,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of rtPA intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction is more ideal than conventional treatment, which can further reduce the degree of nerve damage in patients and improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
