联苯苄唑溶液联合硝酸咪康唑乳膏治疗角化型足癣23例临床研究

Clinical Study on 23 Cases of Keratotic Tinea Pedis Treated with Bifonazole Solution Combined with Miconazole Nitrate Cream

目的联苯苄唑溶液联合硝酸咪康唑乳膏治疗角化型足癣23例临床研究。方法选取该院2017年3月—2018年2月期间收治的46例角化型足癣患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,即对照组与研究组。对照组患者的治疗方案仅使用硝酸咪康唑进行治疗,研究组患者予以联苯苄唑溶液联合硝酸咪康唑乳膏联合治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生及复发的情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者临床有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.213,P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.900,P<0.05);经6个月的随访,对照组患者复发3例(13.04%),研究组患者无复发,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.909,P<0.05)。结论角化型足癣患者予以联苯苄唑溶液联合硝酸咪康唑乳膏的治疗方案,治疗效果明显,不良反应发生率及复发率均明显优于单独使用硝酸咪康唑。

Objective A clinical study on 23 cases of keratotic tinea pedis treated with bifonazole solution combined with miconazole nitrate cream.Methods 46 patients with keratotic tinea pedis admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 will be selected and randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the study group.Patients in the control group were treated with miconazole nitrate only;patients in the study group were treated with bifonazole solution combined with miconazole nitrate cream.The treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.213,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.900,P<0.05);After 6 months of follow-up,3 patients in the control group(13.04%)had recurrence,and the study group had no recurrence.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=3.909,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with keratotic tinea pedis can be treated with bifonazole solution combined with miconazole nitrate cream.The therapeutic effect is obvious,and the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates are significantly better than those of miconazole nitrate alone.It is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
