探讨苯巴比妥联合卡马西平对癫痫病患者认知功能的作用

Exploring the Effect of Phenobarbital Combined with Carbamazepine on the Cognitive Function of Patients with Epilepsy

目的分析苯巴比妥联合卡马西平对癫痫病患者认知功能的作用。方法该院在2018年7月—2019年10月之间收治了癫痫病患者58例,按照随机数字法将患者平均分成的观察组和对照组。对照组患者主要进行卡马西平治疗,观察组患者通过苯巴比妥联合卡马西平治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后的MoCA评分和发作次数、自我效能评分。结果观察组的治疗效果(93.10%)高于对照组(62.07%)(χ2=8.031,P<0.05)。观察组在治疗后的MoCA评分和发作次数(26.33±1.88)分、(2.18±0.23)次较对照组明显改善(t=9.762、19.914,P<0.05)。观察组在自我认知、治疗环境、病情控制感、自信心等自我效能评分(3.54±0.55)、(3.55±0.57)、(3.73±0.75)、(3.88±0.13)分均要高于对照组(t=16.708、15.307、11.473、24.012,P<0.05)。结论苯巴比妥联合卡马西平对癫痫病患者认知功能的作用显著,能够有效提高患者的认知功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of phenobarbital combined with carbamazepine on the cognitive function of patients with epilepsy.Methods Between July 2018 and October 2019,58 patients with epilepsy were admitted to our hospital,and the patients were equally divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method.Patients in the control group were mainly treated with carbamazepine,and patients in the observation group were treated with phenobarbital combined with carbamazepine.The treatment effect,MoCA score,number of attacks,and self-efficacy score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the observation group(93.10%)was higher than that of the control group(62.07%)(χ2=8.031,P<0.05),The MoCA score and the number of attacks(26.33±1.88)points,(2.18±0.23)times of the observation group after treatment were significantly improved.The difference was statistically significant(t=9.762,19.914,P<0.05).The observation group's self-efficacy scores(3.54±0.55)points,(3.55±0.57)points,(3.73±0.75)points,(3.88±0.13)points in self-cognition,treatment environment,condition control,and self-confidence were all higher than those of the control group(t=16.708,15.307,11.473,24.012,P<0.05).Conclusion Phenobarbital combined with carbamazepine has a significant effect on the cognitive function of patients with epilepsy,and can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients.
