摘要
兴国必先强师,强师必先强教.教师教育学科建设至关重要,只有有了高水平的教师教育学科,才有高质量的教师教育,进而才有高素质的教师.自教师教育学提出以来,其学科独立性饱受争议.有的学者认为其学科属性不明,学科条件不够成熟,尚不能构成一门独立的学科.有的学者则认为其已经具备独立学科的形态,应大力建设.我们认为,对教师教育学的认识需要从一般的学科概念出发,对学科的定义、学科的成立条件、学科的建设路线等学科基本问题进行讨论,在此基础上,从学科特点与学科发展程度两方面对其进行学科归属分析.研究发现,教师教育学属于现代学科的"潜应然发展"阶段,据此提出建设教师教育二级学科、完善教师教育专业设置、加强教师教育机构建设、彰显学科实践应用性特色以及实现学科制度与学科体系建设相互促进与融合的学科建设路线.
To prosper a country,we must first strengthen teachers,and to strengthen teachers,we must first strengthen education.The construction of teacher education discipline is very important.Only with a high level of teacher education discipline can there be high-quality teacher education,and then high-quality teachers.Since teacher education was put forward,its independence has been controversial.Some scholars think that its subject attribute is not clear and the discipline conditions are not mature enough to form an independent discipline.Some scholars think that it has the form of independent discipline and should be vigorously constructed.We think that the understanding of teacher pedagogy needs to start from the general discipline concept,discuss the definition of the discipline,the establishment conditions of the discipline,the construction route of the discipline and other basic issues.On this basis,the paper analyzes the discipline attribution from the two aspects of the discipline characteristics and the discipline development degree.It is found that teacher pedagogy belongs to the stage of"potential development"of modern disciplines.Therefore,it is proposed to construct secondary disciplines of teacher education,improve the professional settings of teacher education,strengthen the construction of teacher education institutions,highlight the practical application characteristics of disciplines,and realize the mutual promotion and integration of discipline system and discipline system construction.
