教育扶贫视域下中小学教师生存质量的现状与改善——以四川秦巴山区为考察对象 被引量:4

On the Present Situation and Improvement of the Life Quality for Primary and Secondary School Teachers from the Perspective of Poverty Alleviation by Education:Taking Qin-Ba Mountains Area in Sichuan Province as an Example

摘要 教师队伍建设是教育扶贫的基础工程,教师生存质量是促进教师队伍建设的重要着力点.对四川秦巴山区2033名中小学教师的调查发现,教师生存质量低于全国常模,与职业认同显著正相关,与离职意向显著负相关.心理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域、精神信仰领域能够显著预测教师职业认同,独立性领域、心理领域、生理领域能够显著预测教师离职意向.地方教育行政部门和学校管理者要将创造美好生活作为教师管理的基本理念,改善教师生存质量,增强教师职业认同,让教师能够扎根山区教育,助力扶贫开发. The building of teacher team is the basic project for poverty alleviation by education,and the quality of teacher’s life is an important point to promote the construction of teacher team.The survey of 2033 primary and secondary school teachers in Qin-Ba Mountains Area of Sichuan Province shows that the general life quality of teachers is lower than the national norm.There is a significant positive correlation between the general life quality and professional identity.There is a significant negative correlation between the general life quality and turnover intention.The quality of life in psychological field,independent field,social relationship field and spiritual belief field can significantly predict teacher’s professional identity.The quality of life in independence field,psychology field and physiology field can significantly predict teacher’s turnover intention.Local educational administrative departments and school administrators should take creating a better life as the basic idea of teacher management,improve teacher’s quality of life,enhance their professional identity,so as to take root in mountainous areas and contribute to poverty alleviation.
