长三角地区绿色建筑设计规范性文件解析——基于内容分析法

An Analysis of Green Building Design Normative Documents in Yangtze River Delta Area Based on Content Analysis Method

研究选择对中国城乡建设可持续发展战略具有重要影响及示范效应的长三角地区为着眼点,针对该地区现有的绿色建筑设计规范性文件进行解析,运用内容分析法,从导控目的、导控手段、导控要素、导控层级和导则的地域性五个维度建立认知框架。研究成果解析了长三角地区绿色建筑设计规范性文件的内容特点及存在的问题,针对绿色建筑设计规范性文件的编制提出了相应的诠释与建议,试图对我国绿色建筑设计与建造起到启发与参考作用。

This paper focuses on the Yangtze River Delta area,which is of an important and demonstration effect on the sustainable development strategy of urban and rural construction in China.Through content analysis method,this paper looks at the green building design normative documents in this area and establishes a cognitive framework from the following five dimensions:purpose,means,elements,level and regionality of guidance and control.It analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of green building design normative documents in the Yangtze River Delta area,and puts forward corresponding annotation and suggestions for the green building design normative documents,trying to provide enlightenment and reference for green building design and construction in China.
