多层螺旋CT三维重建指导下治疗神经根型颈椎病的应用结合康复功能锻炼的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Treatment Combined with Rehabilitation Function Exercise Under Multi-slice Spiral CT Three-dimensional Reconstruction

目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建指导下治疗神经根型颈椎病,同时联合康复功能锻炼的应用价值。方法选取我院在2017年9月至2018年9月期间收治92例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,因治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组患者施以常规康复功能锻炼指导,观察组施以多层螺旋CT三维重建指导下治疗+康复功能锻炼指导,观察两组患者平均治疗时间、恢复时间、治疗效果、疼痛程度评分及睡眠质量评分。结果治疗后,两组平均治疗时间及恢复时间相比,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者治疗总有效率89.13%、69.57%相比,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组疼痛评分相比,观察组明显降低,对比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组睡眠质量评分相比,观察组明显降低,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论康复锻炼指导后神经根型颈椎病有显著效果,联合多层螺旋CT三维重建指导下治疗效果更佳,可缩短平均治疗时间、恢复时间,提高治疗总有效率,缓解疼痛,提高睡眠质量,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective to explore application value of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction combined with rehabilitation exercise in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods choose 92 cases cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 as research objects,divide them into two groups according to different treatment methods.Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation functional exercise guidance,and observation group with multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction guidance plus rehabilitation function exercise guidance.Observe average treatment time,recovery time,treatment effect and pain degree scores and sleep quality scores between two groups.Results after treatment,average treatment time and recovery time of two groups was significantly different(P<0.05);total effective rate of two groups was 89.13%,69.57%,difference was significant(P<0.05);after treatment,pain scores of observation group were significantly lower than observation group(P<0.05);sleep quality scores of two groups were significantly lower than observation group(P<0.05),difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion rehabilitation exercise guidance has significant effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Combined with multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction,can achieve better curative effect,shorten average treatment time and recovery time,improve total effective rate,relieve pain and improve sleep quality,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
