苏州市姑苏区预防接种全程溯源管理系统的建立与应用

Establishment and Application of Vaccination Whole Course Traceability Management System in Gusu District,Suzhou City

目的探讨融合多个预防接种管理平台的全程溯源管理系统的建立及其应用。方法以JAVA软件架构,融合冷链温控、疫苗管理、视频督导、疫苗接种等预防接种管理数据平台,建设预防接种全程溯源管理系统。结果该系统可实现疫苗自入库到接种时的温度、人员、批次、注射等环节的全程追溯,出现疑似预防接种异常反应时可追溯排查预防接种各环节问题,接种单位使用满意度高。结论预防接种全程溯源管理系统能够满足对预防接种全程监管的需求,应用效果良好,值得在预防接种领域推广。

Objective to explore establishment and application of traceability management system integrating multiple vaccination management platforms.Methods based on JAVA software architecture,the author integrates cold chain temperature control,vaccine management,video supervision,vaccination and other vaccination management data platforms to build traceability management system for whole course vaccination.Results the system can trace temperature,personnel,batch,injection and other links of vaccine from storage to vaccination.For suspected abnormal response to vaccination,it can trace and troubleshoot all aspects of vaccination,which receives high satisfaction from inoculation units.Conclusion whole-course traceability management system of vaccination can meet needs of whole-course supervision of vaccination with good application effect,which is worthy of promotion in vaccination field.
