亮丙瑞林缓释微球在儿童中枢性性早熟的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Leuprolide Sustained-release Microspheres in Children with Central Precocious Puberty

目的对亮丙瑞林缓释微球在儿童中枢性性早熟的效果进行评价分析。方法本研究回顾了2018年4月至2019年5月间在本院进行了儿童中枢性性早熟治疗的56例患者资料,将患者随机分为了对照组(n=28)和观察组(n=28)。对照组患者使用醋酸甲地孕酮进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者基础上增加使用亮丙瑞林缓释微球进行治疗,对比两组患者的子宫容积、左卵巢容积、右卵巢容积、不良反应情况以及性激素水平[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成激素(LH)]、生长指标。结果治疗前,两组患者子宫容积、左卵巢容积以及右卵巢容积对比没有意义;在治疗后,对照组患者子宫容积、左卵巢容积以及右卵巢容积显著高于观察组,组别间数据对比具有意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者不良反应发生率高于观察组,组别间数据对比具有意义(P<0.05)。在治疗前,两组患儿的E2、FSH、LH检测水平相较,差异均衡(P>0.05),经治疗后,可见均有下降,但观察组表现更佳(P<0.05)。结论对儿童中枢性性早熟进行治疗时,采取亮丙瑞林缓释微球具有较高安全性和治疗效果,对于患儿的异常性征可予以有效缓解,并延缓骨龄成熟进程,值得推广。

Objective to evaluate and analyze effect of leuprolide sustained-release microspheres in children with central precocious puberty.Methods the study reviews data of 56 cases children with central precocious puberty in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019,divide them into control group(n=28)and observation group(n=28)randomly.Control group was treated with megestrol acetate,and observation group with leuprolide sustained-release microspheres on the basis of control group.Compare uterine volume,left ovarian volume,right ovarian volume,adverse reactions and levels of sex hormones[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)],growth indicators between two groups.Results before treatment,comparison of uterine volume,left ovarian volume,and right ovarian volume between two groups showed no significance,;after treatment,uterine volume,left ovarian volume,and right ovarian volume of control group was significantly higher than observation group,with significance(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in control group was higher than observation group,data comparison between groups was significant,(P<0.05).Before treatment,E2,FSH,and LH detection levels between two groups showed balanced difference(P>0.05).After treatment,all indexes decreased,those of observation group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion leuprolide sustained-release microspheres has high safety and curative effect for children with central precocious puberty,can alleviate abnormal sexual characteristics and delay skeletal age maturation process effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
