腰椎间盘突出症应用经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术的治疗效果及对腰椎功能的改善作用研究

Researching Treatment Effect of Percutaneous Intervertebral Discectomy For Lumbar Disc Herniation and Improvement Effect on Lumbar Spine Function

目的分析腰椎间盘突出症患者通过运用经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术的临床疗效以及对患者腰椎功能的影响作用。方法抽取2017年10月至2020年1月本院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,依据手术差异分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术方案治疗,对照组则采用传统椎板开窗腰椎间盘切除术治疗,对比两组治疗效果、腰椎功能恢复情况、术后并发症率、常规围术期指标以及手术前后腰腿痛评分的改善情况。结果观察组总有效率97.50%,对照组90.00%,且P<0.05;观察组术后腰椎功能恢复优良率为95.00%,对照组为82.50%,且P<0.05;观察组患者的手术时长、术中失血量、术中切口长度、住院时间均少于对照组P<0.05;观察组患者术后并发症率为5.00%,对照组为17.50%,P<0.05。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者通过行经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术治疗可取得满意疗效,且有助于术后腰椎功能的良好恢复。

Objective to analyze clinical effect of percutaneous intervertebral discectomy in patients with lumbar disc herniation and function effect of lumbar spine.Methods choose 80 cases lumbar disc herniation patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to January 2020 as research objects.According to difference in operation,divide them into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each.Observation group was treated with percutaneous foraminal endoscopy Intervertebral discectomy scheme,and control group with traditional laminectomy lumbar discectomy.Compare treatment effect,lumbar function recovery,postoperative complication rate,routine perioperative indicators,and improvement situation of low back and leg pain scores before and after operation between two groups.Results total effective rate in observation group was 97.50%,90.00%in control group,and P<0.05;excellent rate of postoperative lumbar spine function recovery in observation group was 95.00%,and that of control group was 82.50%,P<0.05;operation time of observation group,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative incision length,and length of hospital stay was less than control group,P<0.05;postoperative complication rate in observation group was 5.00%,and that of control group was 17.50%,P<0.05.Conclusion percutaneous intervertebral foraminal discectomy can achieve satisfactory effect on lumbar disc herniation patients,which is helpful for good recovery of lumbar spine function after operation.
