经腹实时超声引导下高危疑难宫腔手术的临床研究

Clinical Study of High-risk and Difficult Uterine Cavity Surgery Under Guidance of Transabdominal Real-time Ultrasound

目的探讨在超声引导下治疗高危疑难宫腔手术,并观察该种方法的临床治疗效果。方法选取贵州黔西南州人民医院妇科2017年10月1日至2019年9月30日收治的500例子宫和宫腔疑难病症患者为观察对象,分析宫腔疑难病症患者的临床资料,将患者分A、B两组,B组(255例)采用传统手术方法,A组(245例)采用疑难宫腔手术在超声引导下治疗。比较两组治疗结果。结果治疗后,A组治疗有效率为98.77%,B组治疗有效率为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组手术时间(5.32±3.46)min,并发症发生率5.71%;B组手术时间(11.15±4.35)min,并发症发生率13.72%。A组手术时间与并发生发生率均少于B组(P<0.05)。结论高危疑难宫腔手术在超声引导下治疗效果明显。

Objective to investigate treatment of high-risk and difficult uterine cavity surgery under ultrasound guidance,and observe clinical curative effect of the method.Methods choose 500 cases intractable uterine and uterine cavity diseases patients admitted to Department of Gynecology,Qianxinan Prefecture People’s Hospital of Guizhou from October 1,2017 to September 30,2019 as observation objects.Analyzed clinical data of patients with uterine cavity intractable diseases,divide them into groups A and B,group B(255 cases)was treated with traditional surgical methods,and group A(245 cases)with difficult uterine cavity surgery under ultrasound guidance.Compare treatment effect between two groups.Results after treatment,effective rate of group A was 98.77%and that of group B was 80.00%,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Operation time in group A was(5.32±3.46)min and complication rate was 5.71%;operation time in group B was(11.15±4.35)min and complication rate was 13.72%.Operation time and incidence of complications in group A was less than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion high-risk and difficult uterine cavity surgery can achieve obvious treatment effect under ultrasound guidance.
