经额中回显微手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Middle Frontal Gyrus Microsurgery For Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨经额中回显微手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床价值。方法于2016年1月至2019年1月筛选我院接受手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者,本次研究采用随机分组的方式,将45例患者分为对照组22例、研究组23例,对照组患者接受常规手术治疗,研究组接受经额中回显微手术治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率以及死亡率。结果手术前:对比两组的NIHSS及肢体功能等评分结果,不存在差异性(P>0.05),没有统计学价值;术后:研究组的NIHSS评分不及对照组,但是肢体功能评分却超过对照组,组间差异显著存在统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血接受经额中回显微手术治疗,能够有效的改善患者的肢体功能,促进神经功能的恢复,且患者手术后发生并发症的概率较小,能够显著的降低患者一年内的死亡风险,值得推广。

Objective to investigate clinical value of middle frontal gyrus microsurgery in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods choose 45 cases hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019,divide them into control group (22 cases) and study group (23 cases) randomly.Control group was treated with routine surgical treatment,and study group with middle frontal gyrus microsurgery.Compare clinical effect,complication rate and mortality between two groups.Results before operation:there was no difference in NIHSS and limb function scores between two groups (P>0.05),with no statistical value;after operation,NIHSS scores of study group were lower than control group,limb function scores were higher,and difference was statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion middle frontal gyrus microsurgery can effectively improve limb function of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients,promote recovery of neurological function,with little incidence of postoperative complications,reduce mortality within one year significantly,which is worthy of promotion.
