综合护理干预在小儿过敏性紫癜护理中的实施效果观察

Effect Observation of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Allergic Purpura Children

目的探讨对过敏性紫癜患儿实施综合护理的效果。方法纳入时间为2016年8月至2018年8月,在我院收治的过敏性紫癜患儿中选取72例,依照计算机表法分组,各36例。对参照组行基础护理,对实验组行综合护理。检验2组患儿的各症状恢复时间、复发率以及护理满意度。结果实验组患儿的紫癜消退时间、腹痛消失时间以及住院时间均短于参照组,2组差异性明显(P<0.05);实验组患儿的复发率为2.78%(1/36)、护理满意度为97.22%(35/36);参照组患儿的复发率为19.44%(7/36)、护理满意度为77.78%(28/36),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对过敏性紫癜患儿实施综合护理,利于病情改善,将复发风险予以降低。

Objective to explore effect of comprehensive nursing on allergic purpura children.Methods choose 72 cases allergic purpura children in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018,divide them into two groups according to computer table method,36 cases in each group.Control group was treated with basic nursing,and experimental group with comprehensive nursing.Detect recovery time,recurrence incidence and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups.Results remission time of purpura,disappearance time of abdominal pain and length of stay in experimental group was shorter than control group(P<0.05);recurrence incidence of experimental group was 2.78%(1/36),and nursing satisfaction degree was 97.22%(35/36);recurrence incidence of control group was 19.44%(7/36),and nursing satisfaction degree was 77.78%(28/36),with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive nursing is conducive to improve condition and reduce recurrence risks of allergic purpura children.
