肠内营养制剂加温对肠内营养相关性腹泻的护理分析

目的探讨肠内营养制剂加温对肠内营养相关性腹泻的护理分析。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月我院收治的ICU有肠内营养指征的200例患者作为研究对象,通过随机数表法作为本次临床试验研究的观察与分析对象。按照随机数表法将研究对象分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组采取在室温保持下使用营养泵泵入营养制剂,观察组在对照组的基础上观察组同样使用室温下放置12h的营养制剂,在喂注时再营养输注泵5cm处放加热棒加热至36-39℃,观察两组差异。结果观察组患者腹泻发生率明显低于对照组,腹泻天数明显缩短差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠胃营养制剂加温可有效降低肠内营养相关性腹泻发生率,缩短腹泻时间,促进患者康复,值得推广应用。

Objective to explore nursing analysis of enteral nutrition heating on enteral nutrition related diarrhea.Methods choose 200 cases enteral nutrition indications patients in ICU of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as research objects,with random number table method,divide them into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with nutrition pump at room temperature,while observation group with nutrient preparation placed at room temperature for 12 h on basis of control group.During feeding,place heating rod at 5cm of nutrition infusion pump to heat it to 36-39℃.Observe difference between two groups.Results diarrhea incidence in observation group was significantly lower than control group,diarrhea days were significantly shortened,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion enteral nutrition preparation heating can reduce incidence of enteral nutrition related diarrhea effectively,shorten diarrhea time,and promote recovery of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
