分析精细化管理在手术室腔镜设备器械管理中应用效果

Application Effect Analysis of Refined Management in Endoscopic Equipment Management of Operating Room

目的探讨分析精细化管理在手术室腔镜设备器械管理中应用效果。方法将我院从2015年6月至2016年6月收治的100例接受腔镜手术的患者作为参照组,从2016年7月至2017年7月收治的100例接受腔镜手术的患者作为实验组,对参照组进行常规的器械管理,对实验组进行精细化管理,记录两组的器械使用情况及医生和护士的满意度。结果实验组的手术室腔镜器械使用不良情况发生率和手术室医生及护士的满意度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将精细化管理应用于手术室腔镜设备器械管理中,可以显著减少器械使用不良情况的发生,避免或减少患者受到意外情况干扰导致病情加重的情况发生,保证手术顺利进行,因而也一定程度上提高了医生和护士的满意度。

Objective to explore and analyze application effect of refined management in endoscopic equipment management in operating room.Methods choose 100 cases laparoscopic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 as reference group,and 100 cases laparoscopic surgery patients from July 2016 to July 2017 as reference group.Reference group was treated with routine equipment management,and experimental group with refined management.Record equipment application status and satisfaction of doctors and nurses between two groups.Results incidence of adverse application of endoscopic instruments in operating room and satisfaction of doctors and nurses in experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion during endoscopy equipment management in operating room,refined management can significantly reduce incidence of adverse equipment application,avoid or reduce aggravation incidence of patients for accidental interference,and ensure smooth progress of operation,and improve satisfaction of doctors and nurses to some certain extent.
