小儿感冒发热的临床观察和综合护理效果

Clinical Observation and Comprehensive Nursing Effect of Children with Cold and Fever

目的对小儿感冒发热患儿的综合护理效果进行观察。方法将我院儿科2018年9月至2019年9月收治的120例小儿感冒发热患儿纳入本次研究,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例患儿,分别给予普通护理与综合护理,将其临床症状消失时间、住院天数及患儿家属满意度进行比较。结果观察组患儿临床症状消失时间、住院天数明显短于对照组患儿,且患儿家属总满意率、疾病认知程度评分更高(P<0.05)。结论对小儿感冒发热患儿采用综合护理模式,可有效缩短其临床症状消失时间,从而提升总体护理质量,促进其早日康复。

Objective to observe comprehensive nursing effect of children with cold and fever.Methods choose 120 cases cold and fever children admitted to Pediatrics Department of our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 for study.Divide them into control group and observation group randomly,60 cases in each group,treated with general nursing and comprehensive nursing,Compare clinical symptoms disappearance time,lenth of stay and satisfaction degree of children’s family members.Results clinical symptoms disappeared in observation group and length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than control group,and overall satisfaction degree and disease awareness scores of children’s family members were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive nursing model can shorten clinical symptoms disappearing time effectively of children with cold and fever,improve overall nursing quality and promote their early recovery.
