护理风险管理在神经外科护理中的应用

Application of Nursing Risk Management in Neurosurgery Nursing

目的为了进一步研究与探讨护理风险管理在神经外科护理中的应用。方法选择2018年5月至2019年4月在我院就诊的110例神经外科患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配原则将其平均分为实验组和对照组,每组各55例患者。其中对照组采用常规护理方式,实验组则在常规护理方式的基础上进行护理风险管理,比较分析两组的护理风险事件发生率、护理满意度、护理质量评分。结果经过科学的护理,两组患者的症状都得到了明显改善,实验组在护理质量评分、护理风险事件发生率、护理满意度上均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科护理中采取护理风险管理措施,可以有效控制护理风险的出现,减少因风险因素出现的并发症,还可以提升护理质量和患者的满意度,减少医患纠纷事件,值得在神经外科的临床护理中推广和使用。

Objective to further research and discuss application of nursing risk management in neurosurgery nursing.Methods choose 110 cases neurosurgery patients in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 as research objects.According to principle of random allocation,divide them into experimental group and control group equally,55 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing methods,and experimental group wiith nursing risk management on the basis of routine nursing methods.Compare and analyze incidence of nursing risk events,nursing satisfaction and nursing quality scores between two groups.Results after scientific nursing,symptoms between two groups were significantly improved,nursing quality scores,nursing risk event rate,and nursing satisfaction degree in experimental group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion nursing risk management measures can control emergence of nursing risks effectively in neurosurgical nursing,reduce complications,improve nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patient,and reduce doctor-patient disputes,which is worthy of promotion and application in surgical clinical nursing.
