基于ICF理论框架对脑瘫儿童家庭康复指导的有效性分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Family Rehabilitation Guidance For Children with Cerebral Palsy Based on ICF Theoretical Framework

目的探讨基于ICF理论框架对脑瘫儿童家庭康复指导的有效性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年5月我院收治的脑瘫儿童,共82例,依据随机数字表法分组,对照组施以常规家庭康复指导,试验组施以在常规基础上增加ICF理论框架和方法,对两组患儿家庭依从性、患儿粗大运动功能(GMFM)的D区和E区以及日常生活能力(ADL)的康复效果、家长的满意度情况、进行观察。结果试验组的各项指标明显较优,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论基于ICF理论框架对患儿进行评估和技术的有效制定,不仅能够使家长的康复意识得到显著的提升,而且能够使家长对康复知识的认知能力得到显著的提升,从而使康复效果得到显著的提升。

Objective to explore effectiveness of family rehabilitation guidance for children with cerebral palsy based on ICF theoretical framework.Methods choose 82 cases cerebral palsy children admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019,divide them into groups according to random number table method.Control group was treated with regular family rehabilitation guidance,and experimental group with ICF theory on routine basis.Observe family compliance with framework methods,D and E areas of children’s gross motor function(GMFM),rehabilitation effect of daily living(ADL)ability,and satisfaction of parents between two groups.Results various indicators of experimental group were significantly better,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion effective development of assessment and technology for children based on ICF theoretical framework can improve rehabilitation awareness of parents significantly,and cognitive ability of rehabilitation knowledge,to improve rehabilitation effect significantly.
