贺氏三通法配合头痛宁胶囊治疗痰瘀阻络型偏头痛效果观察

Effect Observation on He’s Three Way Method Combined with Toutongning Capsule in Treatment of Phlegm Stasis Obstructing Collaterals Type Migraine

目的观察贺氏三通法配合头痛宁胶囊治疗痰瘀阻络型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2018年8月至2019年8月期间收治的40例痰瘀阻络型偏头痛患者,随机分成治疗组和观察组,治疗组采用贺氏三通法配合头痛宁胶囊,对照组采用西比灵(盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊),治疗一个月后对两组的疗效进行观察。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为95%和65%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。说明贺氏三通法合头痛宁胶囊对痰瘀阻络型偏头痛的疗效优于单纯口服用西比灵,且无不良反应。结论贺氏三通法配合头痛宁胶囊治疗痰瘀阻络型偏头痛安全有效,且无副作用,在临床中可推广使用。

Objective to observe curative effect of He’s three way method combined with toutongning capsule in treatment of phlegm stasis blocking collaterals type migraine.Methods choose 40 cases migraine patients with phlegm stasis obstructing collaterals in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019,divide them into treatment group and observation group randomly.Treatment group was treated with He’s three way method combined with Toutongning capsule,while control group with sibelium(flunarizine hydrochloride capsule).Observe curative effect between two groups after one month of treatment.Results total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 95%and 65%,respectively,P<0.05,difference was statistically significant.Result showed curative effect of He’s three way method combined with toutongning capsule on phlegm stasis obstructing collaterals type migraine was better than sibelium only,there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion He’s three way method combined with Toutongning capsule is safe and effective in treatment of phlegm stasis obstructing collaterals type migraine,with no side effects,which can be widely applied in clinical practice.
