欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Hemabei Combined with Intrauterine Gauze in Treatment of Hemorrhage After Cesarean Section with Placenta Previa

目的探讨前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血采取欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗的临床价值。方法以我院80例前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血患者(2018年5月至2019年6月)为研究对象,采取数字随机分组,对照组及观察组各40例。对照组采取宫腔填纱治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合欣母沛治疗。观察两组术后出血量、不良事件发生情况。结果观察组术后2小时、24小时出血量分别为(153.97±7.06)mL、(305.97±6.81)mL,低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良事件发生概率为2.50%,显然低于对照组数据,P<0.05。结论前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血采取欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗,效果显著,可有效控制术后出血量,保证产妇生命安全,且安全性高。

Objective to explore clinical value of Hemabei combined with intrauterine gauze treatment for hemorrhage after cesarean section with placenta previa.Methods choose 80 cases bleeding patients after cesarean section with placenta previa in our hospital(from May 2018 to June 2019)as research objects,divide them into control group and observation group with random digital method,40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with gauze filling in uterine cavity,and on the basis,observation group with Hemabate.Observe postoperative bleeding and incidence of adverse events between two groups.Results bleeding volume of observation group was(153.97±7.06)mL and(305.97±6.81)mL respectively at 2 hours and 24 hours after operation,lower than control group,P<0.05;incidence of adverse events in observation group was 2.50%,obviously low than data in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Hemabei combined with uterine cavity gauze can achieve effect in treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section with placenta previa,can control amount of postoperative bleeding effectively,ensure life safety of parturients with high safety.
