不同麻醉药对成年蛋鸡麻醉效果及行为的影响

Efficacy Evaluation of Different Anesthetics and Behavioral Change in Laying Hens

为筛选适用于鸡的麻醉药,研究将戊巴比妥钠、舒泰、陆眠宁、丙泊酚及舒眠宁应用于蛋鸡,观察并记录麻醉诱导时间、麻醉维持时间和麻醉苏醒时间;检测蛋鸡进入麻醉期后的心率、每分钟呼吸次数、体温、眼睑反射、镇静效果、痛觉反射和肌肉松弛度;观察分析麻醉苏醒6h后紧张性静止不动时间和啄食频率。结果显示:0.07mL/kg舒眠宁和0.18mL/kg舒泰的麻醉起效时间、麻醉效果、安全性等与戊巴比妥钠接近,但两种药物到麻醉后期肌肉松驰效果均变差;丙泊酚麻醉起效迅速、麻醉维持时间较短,苏醒快,镇静和镇痛效果较好,肌肉松驰效果中等;陆眠宁不能达到100%麻醉效果,且麻醉用量大,麻醉起效慢,镇静和肌肉松驰不确实,有明显的呼吸抑制作用。研究结果表明0.07mL/kg舒眠宁和0.18mL/kg舒泰可用于兽医临床教学或科学研究中的蛋鸡麻醉。

In order to find the suitable chicken anesthetics, pentobarbital sodium, Zoletil, Lumianning, propofol and Shumianning were used to anesthetize laying hens. The effects on the time of stage of anesthesia induction,maintain or analepsia were recorded. And the heart rate, number of breaths per minute, body temperature, eyelid reflex, sedative effect, pain reflex and muscle relaxation of the hens were detected. The duration of tonic immobility after 6 hours of analepsia and the effect on pecking frequency were analyzed.The results showed that the anesthesia induction,anesthesia effect and safety of 0.07 mL/kg Lumianning and 0.18 mL/kg Zoletil were similar to pentobarbital sodium, but both of them had unsatisfactory muscle relaxation effects. Propofol showed fast-acting, short anesthesia maintenance time, good sedation and analgesic effects, and quick anesthesia recovery, but moderate muscle relaxation effect.Lumianning couldn’t anesthetize all laying hens, had a slow effect and unsatisfactory sedation and muscle relaxation effects, and could also significantly decrease heartbeat and breathing.The results indicated that 0.07 mL/kg Shumianning and 0.18 mL/kg Zoletil could be used for laying hens anesthesia in veterinary chincal teaching or scientific research.
