摘要
为研究南方地区封闭式鸡舍不同长度及通风模式对白羽肉鸡生长性能及经济效益的影响,试验设计了四种不同的鸡舍长度(分别为A:88 m,B:93 m,C:104 m,D:114 m)及四种鸡舍长度下两种不同的通风循环模式(3 min、5 min)对白羽肉鸡生长性能及经济效益的影响。结果显示:平均体重10日龄各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),20日龄A组与B组显著大于C组和D组(P<0.05),30日龄A组显著大于其他各组(P<0.05);42日龄出栏A组料肉比最低,成活率最高,平均体重比其他各组分别提高了27 g、112.67 g、154.33 g,但与B组差异不显著;B长度+3 min通风模式比B长度+5 min通风模式10日龄平均体重提高12.34 g(P<0.01),20日龄平均体重提高22.66 g(P<0.05),30日龄平均体重提高49.33 g(P<0.01),42日龄出栏平均体重提高了4.48%(P<0.01),成活率提高了0.93%(P<0.01),料肉比降低了0.05%(P<0.01)。结果表明,南方地区饲养白羽肉鸡的全封闭式鸡舍适合长度为93 m,通风模式为3 min启动一次。
In this experiment, 4 different lengths of chicken house(A=88 m, B=93 m, C=104 m, D=114 m) and 2 different ventilation circulation modes(3-min model and 5-min model) in four lengths of chicken house were designed respectively to investigate the effects of different length and ventilation modes on growth performance and economic benefits of white-feather broilers in fully enclosed house in southern regions. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average weight at 10 days of age among groups(P>0.05), and the average weight at 20 days of age was significantly different between group A, group B and group C, group D(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in the average weight at 30 days of age between group A and the other groups(P<0.05);At the age of 42 days(ready for slaughter), the FCR of group A was the lowest, and the survival rate was the highest, the average weight was also increased by 27 g, 112.67 g and 154.33 g respectively, compared with other groups, but the difference was not significant compared with group B.The average weight of 10 days of age under the 3 min ventilation mode with 93 m length of chicken house was 12.34 g higher than that under the 5 min ventilation mode with the same length of chicken house(P<0.01), 22.66 g at the age of 20 days(P<0.05), 49.33 g at the age of 30 days(P<0.01). At the age of 42 days,the average weight increased by 4.48%, the survival rate increased by 0.93%, and the FRC decreased by 0.05%(P<0.01). The results suggested that the suitable fully enclosed chicken house for white-feather broilers in the southern region could be a length of 93 meters with 3-min ventilation mode.
