摘要
磁致伸缩材料因在驱动过程中具有驱动力大、响应时间快、性能输出稳定等优点,常作为执行器的驱动元件。以磁致伸缩材料为驱动源开展执行器的设计与样机试制,其主要包括驱动元件设计、磁路设计及执行器结构设计的研究,并对磁路进行了仿真分析,最后根据设计参数完成了物理样机的加工和装配,为磁致伸缩执行器的设计提供了参考。
Magnetostrictive materials are often used as actuators because of their advantages such as large driving force,fast response time and stable output.Magnetostrictive material is used as the driving source of actuator design and prototype test,mainly including the driving element design,magnetic circuit design and structural design of the actuator.The simulation analysis of magnetic circuit is carried out.According to the design parameters,the processing and assembly of physical prototypes are completed,providing a reference for the design of magnetostrictive actuators.
