从汉文帝诏令看其风俗教化思想

The moralization of customs reflected by the Imperial Decrees of Emperor Wen of the Han Dynasty

风俗教化与国运兴衰息息相关。作为开明的统治者,汉文帝颁布的诏令是其风俗教化实施的有力推手。诏令实行“建立社会保障制度”“宽刑轻罚”“薄葬丧仪”“重视农业发展”等政策,倡导了“孝悌”“薄葬”“重农”等良风美俗。汉文帝推行的风俗教化极大地缓和了社会各种矛盾,形成了良好的社会风气,促进了社会生产力的发展。

The moralization of customs is closely linked with the strength of the country.As an enlightened governor,Emperor Wen of the Han Dynasty promulgated the decrees which were helpful for the moralization of custums.The decrees included good customs such as“establishment of social security system”,“leniency and light punishment”,“light funeral ceremony”,“great importance to agricultural development”and so on.He advocated the good customs including filial piety,light funerals,attaching great importance to farming and so on,which greatly promoted the easing of the various contradictions in society,the establishment of a good social custom and the development of social productivity.
