江海直达船员培训教学对策研究

On Countermeasures of Training Seafarers on River-sea Transportation

江海直达船员行驶资格是国家海事局为了配合江海联运国家战略而新设的船员适任资格,该资格的船员培训教学存在着历史经验空白、教学资源匮乏、培训组织刚起步等问题,加上内河船员的文化程度普遍偏低,导致江海直达船员培训工作的开展困难较大。在分析问题的基础上,对海事局相关培训要求进行了研究,提出了创新性的教学培训对策。

The qualifications for seafarers on the river-sea transportation is set by the maritime safety administration in order to cooperate with the river-sea coordinated transport national strategy.The training of the seafarers is at the beginning stage and lack of teaching experience and resources.Besides,the inland river seafarers are generally undereducated.The training is hard to carry out.The paper analyzes these existing problems and put forward some countermeasures to innovate the training.
