基于新时代背景构建高校“智慧工会”的思考——以对外经济贸易大学为例

Building Smart Labour Union in Colleges and Universities Based on the Background of the New Era

中国特色社会主义进入新时代对高校工会信息化发展提出更高要求,构建高校“智慧工会”是为职工提供普惠性服务的重要举措,也是高校工会主动适应新时代互联网发展的有效措施。目前高校工会专业技术建设力量仍比较薄弱,信息化建设仍然存在缺乏大数据等精准信息收集方式、专职网络管理人才缺位、网上业务办理有待加强等问题,建设“智慧工会”是新时代工会工作的必然选择。针对目前高校工会服务和管理的现状和问题,结合教职工实际需要和经济文化发展需求,建设高校“智慧工会”必须整合资源信息,统一沟通渠道,搭建学习型、交流型、服务型平台,为广大教职工提供普惠性服务,以多元、生动的活动并辅之以先进的互联网技术吸引教职工参与工会活动,激发教职工的兴趣和爱好,引领教职工思想,促进教职工学习成长,有效满足教职工日益丰富的物质和精神需求。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which puts forward higher requirements for the informatization development of university trade unions.The construction of“smart trade unions”in colleges and universities is an important measure to provide employees with inclusive services,and also an effective measure for university trade unions to actively adapt to the development of the internet in the new era.At present,the professional and technical construction of universities trade unions is still relatively weak.There are still some problems in the informatization construction,such as the lack of accurate information collection methods such as big data,the lack of full-time network management personnel,and the need to strengthen online business management.Building“smart trade union”is the inevitable choice of trade union work in the new era.In view of the current status and problems of union services and management in colleges and universities,combined with the actual needs of teaching staff and the needs of economic and cultural development,the construction of“smart trade union”in Colleges and universities must integrate resources and information,unify communication channels,build learning,exchange and service-oriented platforms,and provide inclusive services for the majority of staff,with diversified and vivid activities supplemented by advanced internet technology.It can attract the staff to participate in trade union activities,stimulate their interests and hobbies,lead their thoughts,promote their learning and growth,and effectively meet their increasingly rich material and spiritual needs.
