A Study of Social Integration of Mobile Farmers

在资本下乡的背景下,大量以户为单位的农民流向异地农村并逐渐替代流入地农户,成为农业生产中的重要劳力支撑。通过分析这一流动现象,探讨流动农户与流入地农户的社会融入问题,研究认为:现阶段乡村流入群体与当地村民之间的关系处于从适应到社会融合的过渡阶段,具体表现为心理或文化上的“敦睦”、经济上的“新二元关系”和农村户口的排他性。针对这些问题,采取“村社分离”措施以促使村落由生产共同体转变为生活共同体,是消解乡村不同群体身份相互排斥的关键。

In the context of capital invested in the countryside,numerous household-based farmers migrate to remote rural areas and gradually replace the local farmers,becoming an important labor support in agricultural production.Analyzing the phenomenon of this mobility,the paper explores issues of social integration of migrant farmers and residents in the inflow areas.It concludes that the relationship between the influx groups and local villagers in the countryside is in the transitional stage from adaptation to social integration at this stage,with the characteristics of psychological or cultural“harmony”,economic“new dual-relationship”and the exclusivity of the rural household registration.The measure like“separation of the village and the cooperative”is proposed for promoting the transformation of the village from a production community to a living community,which is the key to eliminating the mutual exclusion of the identities of different groups in the village.
