摘要
插入损耗是高速线缆组件的关键性能指标。因此,分析影响高速线缆组件插入损耗的关键因素,借助仿真软件优化组件的插入损耗,并通过实物测试验证了优化后的结果。验证结果表明:选用低损耗因子的线缆、优化接线板出线及焊盘大小参数、选用厚度在1.0 mm以下的钢网等,可显著降低高速线缆组件的插入损耗,且所形成的设计方法可用于高速线缆组件的插入损耗优化。
Insertion loss is a key performance indicator of high-speed cable assemblies.Therefore,the key factors that affect the insertion loss of high-speed cable assemblies are analyzed,the insertion loss of the cable assembly is optimized by simulation software,and the optimized results are verified through physical tests.The experimental results indicate that the insertion loss of high speed cable assembly can be significantly reduced by selecting cable with low loss factor,optimizing wiring-based outlet and pad size parameters,and selecting steel mesh with thickness less than 1 mm.The resulting design method can be used to optimize the insertion loss of high speed cable assemblies.
