基于多层PCB技术的多通道接收前端设计

摘要 随着MIMO技术的研究和发展,多通道、多功能、低成本和小型化的接收前端,已经成为当前微波/射频领域的发展方向。多层印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)技术是实现多通道接收前端的一种重要技术,应用越来越广。因此,阐述了一种多通道LSC接收前端的设计工作原理,并对多层PCB层叠与阻抗设计、模块结构设计以及电源的完整性进行了设计分析。测试结果表明,在LSC波段内接收前端实物的通道增益均值在9.7~10.5 dB,增益波动最大为2.1 dB,4个通道间隔离度达到55 dBc,噪声系数最大为9.8 dB,四通道间带内幅度一致性为2 dB,相位线性度最大4°。试验结果验证了设计方法的有效性,对接收前端的小型化和多层PCB复合设计具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。 With the research and development of MIMO technology,multi-channel,multi-function,lowcost and miniaturized receiver front-end have become the development direction of microwave/radio field.Multilayer PCB(Printed Circuit Board)technology is an important technology to realize multi-channel receiving front-end,which is applied more and more widely.This paper describes the design principle of a multi-channel LSC receiving front-end,and analyzes multilayer PCB stacking and impedance design,module structure design and power supply integrity.The test results indicate that the average channel gain of the receiver front-end is between 9.7~10.5 dB,the maximum gain fluctuation is 2.1 dB,the isolation between four channels is 55 dBc,the maximum noise figure is 9.8 dB,the intra band consistency of four channels is 2 dB,and the maximum phase linearity is 4°.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the design method,which is of certain guiding significance and reference value for the miniaturization of receiver front-end and the composite design of multilayer PCB.
