Using the Infrastructure Information Management System to Achieve Settlement According to Progress of Works

在梳理广东粤电花都热电厂基建建设管理的基础上,通过研究工程合同结算过程,针对结算不及时、出现误差等问题,提出利用基建信息管理系统,开发工程合同线上结算子系统,通过优化流程,采用线上多方同步审核的方式,实现提高结算效率,减少误差的目的,为推进建设进度打下基础,为进一步研究先进基建工程管理提供参考和借鉴。

On the basis of combing the infrastructure construction management of Huadu thermal power plant of Guangdong Yuedian Power Co.,Ltd.,through studying the settlement process of engineering contract,aiming at the problems of untimely settlement and error,put forward the use of infrastructure information management system,develop online settlement subsystem of engineering contract.By adopting on-line multi-party simultaneous audit in order to achieve promoting the settlement efficiency and reducing the errors,which produces foundation for promoting the progress of construction and references to study advancing management of infrastructure projects.
