The construction of a reliable and effective cyber security system is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the urban rail transit network. Combined with the requirements of the cyber security law and level protection, the SPVI concepts of "standardization", "precision", "visualization", and "intelligence" are proposed to build an urban rail transit cyber security assurance system. This solves the interrelated demand of the universal cyber security standard and the actual cyber security of the urban rail transit industry, and represents an advanced and systematic cyber security solution for the urban rail transit network.
