地铁车辆基地集中冷源空调水系统设计

摘要 地铁车辆基地的办公、生活房屋集中布置,空调负荷大,运行时间长,特性相近,采用集中冷热源空调能减小设备装机容量,降低运行费用。通过分析负荷特性,平衡近、远期负荷差异矛盾,提出机组分设、管网合设的水系统方案,结合两类负荷的特点,制订机组的配置方案,使两类机组能互为备用,提高系统日常运行稳定性和对各种工况的适应性。管网采用分区两管制一次泵定流量系统,水泵与冷水机组异侧成对布置,机房通道和设备间隙作为机组拔管检修使用,以充分利用空间,减小机房规模。梳理与土建、供电、自控等专业的设计接口和配套需求,明确各项配套设施的规格、数量、安装位置及任务归属,使阀门、仪表等附件的配置与自控系统相协调。 The office and residential buildings are typically situated in a concentrated manner in metro areas, and the air-conditioning load of these buildings is massive, with a long running time. These buildings also share similar features, and a centralized cold-heat source air conditioning could reduce the equipment capacity need and operation cost. By analyzing the air-conditioning load characteristics and balancing the contradictions of short-term and long-term loads, a water system scheme is proposed where cold-heat sources equipment is established separately, with a combined pipe network that could be used as an alternative. By combining the characteristics of two types of loads, the developed equipment configuration has two types of equipment that could be used as alternates to each other to improve the stability of daily operation and adaptability to various working conditions of the water system. The pipeline network adopted a regionalized two-pipe one-pump constant flow system, and the pumps and water chillers were arranged in opposite-side pairs, hence the free space between equipment could be used for repair space or for water chillers inspections, which could reduce the size of the equipment space needed. Based on design interfaces and civil engineering supporting requirements, power supply, automatic control, and other air-condition design matters, the specifications, quantities, installation location and assignment of supporting facilities, and air conditioning water system accessories such as valves and instruments could be defined and enabled to coordinate with an automatic control system.
