子宫内膜异位大鼠凝血指标、炎性因子和氧化应激指标表达水平对病情的监测价值研究

The value of coagulation indexes,inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes in endometriosis rats for monitoring the condition

目的探讨与研究子宫内膜异位大鼠凝血指标、炎性因子和氧化应激指标表达水平对病情的监测价值。方法60只SD大鼠按数字表法随机平分为模型组与对照组。模型组戊酸雌二醇灌胃建立子宫内膜异位模型;对照组不建立模型,以假手术代替。记录2组大鼠造模后7、28 d的体重,检测大鼠凝血指标、炎性因子、氧化应激指标表达水平并进行相关性分析。结果模型组大鼠造模后7、28 d的体重为(193.98±12.50)、(278.87±18.23)g,均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。造模后7、28 d,模型组的PT为(12.10±1.22)、(11.30±0.48)s,TT值为(15.19±2.11)、(15.28±1.47)s,均显著低于对照组;模型组的血清IL-6[(25.09±1.44)、(30.11±0.22)pg/mL]、CRP[(12.98±1.49)、(15.60±1.15)pg/mL]、MDA[(3.89±0.11)、(4.46±0.21)nmol/mL]、LPO值[(16.87±1.49)、(18.67±1.48)nmol/mL]均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组APTT值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在模型组中,Person相关分析显示造模后7、28 d大鼠体重与PT、TT、IL-6、CRP、MDA、LPO均存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位大鼠多伴随有凝血指标、炎性因子和氧化应激指标表达水平异常,与大鼠的体重显著相关,可指导用于该病的诊断与病情评估。

Objective To explore and study the value of coagulation index,inflammatory factors and oxidative stress index expression levels in endometriosis rats for monitoring the condition.Methods Sixty cases of SD rats were randomly divided into two groups-model group and control group.The model group were established as a model of endometriosis and were administered with estradiol valerate.The control group were not established endometriosis model and replaced with sham operation.The body weights of the two groups of rats were recorded at 7 days and 28 days after modeling,and the expression levels of blood coagulation indexes,inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes were detected and were given correlation analysis.Results The body weight of the model group were(193.98±12.50)g,(278.87±18.23)g,significantly lower than that of the control group at 7 and 28 days after modeling,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 7 d and 28 d after modeling,the PT of the model group were(12.10±1.22),(11.30±0.48)s,and TT values were(15.19±2.11),(15.28±1.47)s,significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).And the serum IL-6[(25.09±1.44),(30.11±0.22)pg/mL],CRP[(12.98±1.49),(15.60±1.15)pg/mL],MDA[(3.89±0.11),(4.46±0.21)nmol/mL],LPO[(16.87±1.49),(18.67±1.48)nmol/mL]of the model group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in APTT values compared between the two groups(P>0.05).In the model group,Person correlation analysis showed that the body weight of rats were correlated with PT,TT,IL-6,CRP,MDA,and LPO at 7 and 28 days after modeling(P<0.05).Conclusion Endometriosis rats are often accompanied by abnormal expression levels of coagulation indexes,inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes,which are significantly related to the body weight of the rats,and can be used for diagnosis and evaluation of the disease.
