摘要
服装作为一种特殊产品,在回收中并不需要全部返回厂家,有些只需要建立一个服装返品中心进行简单修补即可。为讨论是否需要建立返品中心这一问题,以供应商利润最大为决策目标,构建了有无返品中心的双渠道回收模型,并通过分类模型求解以及运用大量数值模拟分析,验证了该模型的可行性,所提模型可为供应商的经营决策提供依据。
As a special kind of product,clothing does not need to be completely returned to the manufacturer during recycling,with a clothing return center set up for some simple repair.In view of the necessity verification of the establishment of a return product center,with the supplier,s profit as the decision goal,a dual-channel recycling model has thus been constructed with or without a return product center.The feasibility of the proposed model is verified by solving the classification model and using a large number of numerical simulation analysis,thus providing a basis for the supplier,s business decision.
